This is not the year [2020] to get to everything you want.
This is the year to appreciate everything you have.
The pandemic has altered people's lives. During the time of change, people just are'nt feeling great. Anxiety, depression and concern are normal. Many have been shown to help people cope when faced with highly stressful life events. We need to practice self control. It is not easy. Self control is a strenght. Then, calmness....you have to get to a point where your mood doesnt shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. Dont allow others' to control the direction of your life. Help is on the way! Practice resilience, it will improve your coping abilities to the challenges you are facing.
